These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of trelvara.com operated by Trelvara, Inc. ("Trelvara"). By using the site you accept these Terms.
1. What we do
Trelvara is a curated marketplace that connects businesses with independent BPO providers ("Partners"). Trelvara is not a party to the services agreement between a client and a Partner, does not employ Partner personnel, and is not the provider of the BPO services. Partners are solely responsible for service delivery, staffing, and billing.
2. Quote requests
Submitting a quote request does not create a client relationship or obligate either party. Terms of any engagement — scope, pricing, minimums, and service levels — are set in the agreement between you and the applicable Partner, along with any Trelvara referral or oversight terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including: scraping or automated data collection without permission; interfering with site operation; misrepresenting your identity or affiliation; or submitting false quote requests.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and design are owned by Trelvara or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without written permission.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information on the site (including pricing and performance figures) is general and not a guarantee of results. Service descriptions do not create a warranty.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trelvara's aggregate liability arising from the site or any referral is limited to $100, and Trelvara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed in a signed agreement.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
